On August 18–19, Almaty hosted the Kazakhstan Insurance Forum 2025 — a large-scale platform for sharing experiences and strategies for the development of the insurance industry. The forum brought together experts from Kazakhstan and abroad, as well as representatives of government bodies and businesses, reflecting local trends that are integrated into the global context.

• Growth of insurance premiums and development of new products,

• Digitalization of processes: from the Europrotocol to online claims settlement,

• Compulsory Social Health Insurance (CSHI) as a key element of social protection (16.6 million citizens are already covered by the system),

• International practices of resilience and client protection,

• Building trust and transparency as the main assets of companies.
