Attention! Temporary Technical Difficulties with the Unified Insurance Database System

Dear Clients and Partners,

We would like to inform you that, according to the data provided by JSC “State Credit Bureau”, since April 7, 2025, there have been systematic failures in the operation of the Unified Insurance Database System (UIDS). This is a nationwide issue affecting all insurance organizations and their clients across the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Due to these temporary technical difficulties, delays and challenges may occur when issuing insurance contracts, as data exchange with the UIDS is a mandatory requirement for concluding an insurance policy.

At present, the specialists of the State Credit Bureau are working to resolve the issues. We will provide additional information once the system is fully restored and operational.
